I believe that you have touched all bases when considering to go for your dreams.
It’s so important you know what it is in life that you want to achieve, so a one page plan is perfect! There is always time later to improve upon that plan but when you have all those ideas flowing and you want to get them down this is the best place to start.
Also it is very important to surround yourself with people that encourage you, it’s easy to be distracted or sidetracked by people who cannot see the vision you have, always choose your peers wisely.
