Writing down goals and affirmations took me from unemployed with no feasible way out to starting a business in 2-4 months. It wasn’t a smooth process, but it sparked something that I was able to take action on. I really like steps 2 and 3; I think they compliment each other well.

Clarity means focus. Focus means flow.

Hi Janice,
I really like your 4th tip about putting a positive spin on the words we use in our goal statements. Words are so powerful and I know from experience that the way we frame our goals can have a huge impact on our motivation and commitment levels. I find it much easier to follow through on goals that make me excited that I’m adding something new and positive to my life. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
